Business arising from the minutes. The Vested official program has begun at Meadowbank with 1 member from each Club required to be the main contact for any issues/ information during the morning sessions at Meadowbank. Mixed reaction/success; some people take advantage of the “power” of a vested official and others take the “care of others” attitude.
Reports. Registrar – Lila

INFORMATION ON THE NEW FACILITY FROM THE ERNA MEETING.
The new building is well underway with earthworks complete and the building frame erected. Currently on track and on time for next season. ERNA doing a walkaround with the builder on 31 July. The court people only need 1 month after the complex completion to install the court surfaces.
Currently there are 4 grass courts, but discussion underway to have these tarred or made hardcourt in some way. They are not currently included in the main court coverage due to a lack of funding for these extra courts. There are 33 courts in total and while the timeslots may change slightly, it is anticipated that the 2026 comp will start in May, due to the disruption of school holidays, Easter and ANZAC Day. It will also give a bigger time buffer in case the project runs late for any reason, bad weather included. Brush Farm courts will no longer be required as all ages and grades can be accommodated at the new facility, with ERNA proposing to hand its occupancy back to Council.
Parking. There will be 96 spaces under the 4 indoor courts, with 300 in total, then street parking.
There will not be a canteen as such, but an external run café instead.
