2023 Registration Information

Registrations can only be completed online via Play HQ.


Registrations open 22 January and close on 17 March 2023.


Registration Fees for Winter Competition


Total Fees for MBNC players are:

  • Seniors $265,

  • Juniors $225 and

  • NetSetGo $185


Fees include payment to umpires. The breakdown of NA, NNSW, ERNA and MBNC fees are visible at registration in PlayHQ.


Fees must be paid at the time of registration on PlayHQ. PlayHQ will not accept registrations without payment.


If you wish to register but cannot pay immediately, you should contact Lila Larsen to discuss options that may be available.


NOTE for Set/Go participants from ERNA, “There is no separate registration for NetSetGO this year.  The administration that went with having this separate in 2022 was excessive, so it’s been merged for 2023.  Unfortunately, this does mean the players won’t qualify for a NSG kit with their registration, but we simply couldn’t justify the extra work required just so they could.”

Active Kids Voucher (AKV)


DON’T FORGET if using your AKV, you must obtain the ID number prior to registering, as it will need to be entered into the payment page in PlayHQ to claim your rebate.

FINALLY - How do I register using PLAY HQ?


You register in your age group regardless of where you may end up playing. It is the age you turn in 2023. PlayHQ should recognise your age group and take you to the correct form.

It is the same link for Seniors 18 years and older, Juniors 9 – 17 years old and Set/Go 6 – 9 years old.


If you are new, you should get a prompt to create a PlayHQ account with your details, even if registering a child. Once you have completed the account form, a

verification code will be sent to your email address. You can only have one email address so please ensure you use your primary email address as all

correspondence will be directed to this address. You can add all family members under this account so registration should be easier
